Given that our flights back to the States had to start at Incheon Airport, we left Okinawa for Seoul and spent a final night with our friend, P. P first took us to a restaurant that specialized in raw beef, which I'd been craving my entire time in Korea. I had first tried yook hwe during law school back in 2002 and was hooked immediately. There are few things as delicious as raw beef.
After dinner, we tried hotteok -- delicious pancakes filled with meat, veggies, or dessert-y goodness -- and P took us to another dessert cafe where we sipped our final green tea lattes and ate our final slices of Earl Grey cake. I really don't want to go home.
