While stuck in traffic, I peered out my window...and found myself back in Paris.
Our room in Caesar's Palace -- the curtains opened and closed with the flip of a switch
A TV in my mirror? Mind. Blown.
He reads Foreign Policy, even while on vacation.
The "Coliseum" view from our window
Front desk
sweet shrimp sushi at Nobu -- delightfully raw and crunchy
Nobu's famed black cod with miso
Chocolate bento box
Chihuly sculpture in the Bellagio
If these are fall decorations, I can't begin to imagine what Christmas will be like...
Back in Paris?
The fountain show (set to music) at the Bellagio is apparently a sight not to be missed
Caesar's Palace from afar
Not nearly as large as the real one. Also, the Paris casino itself was rather dingy and depressing.
The scantily clad dancers on the bar seemed indifferent and were phoning it in.
Old school
Painted ceilings at the Venetian
The entrance to the Beatles show at the Mirage --
incidentally, my parents have seen this show and my mother was underwhelmed
A glimpse of New York New York on our way out
